Drama students particiapted in an exciting competition, where they were assigned monologues based on famous musical theatre songs. Among the pieces featured were "Popular" from Wicked, "Bring It On" and "You'll Be Back" from Hamilton.

Each student had just 25 minutes to rehearse their assigned monolouge, making use of school recources as props. Some students incoporated creative movement, while others enlisted friends to act as silent characters, enhancing their performances with dynamic interactions.

The students performed in front of a panel of judges, including Mr Beckwith and Miss Hayes, along with house leaders and their peers. The winner of the Year 7 & 8 competition was Savannah from 7CH, and the joint winners of the Year 9 & 10 competition were Jamie from 9CH and Livia from 10CO.
