Rewards

The philosophy of the rewards system is to reward all students for the positive contributions they make every day to our community.

Rewards will still be issued by the use of R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5, with an R1 being the lowest value reward and an R5 the highest value. The rewards issued will attribute house points which are used as part of the house system but crucially for the student rewards can be “cashed” for physical rewards. This will allow students to save for bigger rewards or cash in earlier for smaller more instant rewards. Students will be able to cash their reward points from the daily reward shop at lunch time, run by our Heads of House and student leaders.
